As previously mentioned, I am a local artist based in Houston. I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Houston Clear Lake in 2023. As a full-time student pursuing mathematics, I never thought it would be possible to pursue my passion for art. In 2020, I decided to take a leap of faith by sharing my work on social media. Quickly, I began to receive love and support from family and friends. The amount of support I received continued to motivate me to pursue my small business, now known as Faz Creates Co.
Remaining determined to pursue my passions has always been one of my proudest achievements. As a self-taught artist, mastering arts and crafts has come naturally to me. However, dedicating time to revisit the fundamentals to refine my craft has been one of the most rewarding decisions I've made for myself. I am determined to work with excellence in all that I do. Colossians 3:23.
Besides my business, I enjoy sharing aspects of my personal life. In 2021, I married the love of my life, Zarek. Our family includes two energetic Australian Shepherds, Zius and Jasper. One of our favorite hobbies is traveling and visiting National Parks. We hope to move up north in the future and experience life away from the city.
